Qatar Airways Special Fare - Kingston to Accra
AfriCaricom has secured an incredibly low fare of $1,497 round trip from Jamaica to Ghana, compared to a published fare of $2,387. A savings of $887.

Optional Doha Stopover: Delegates departing Ghana on March 9 may extend their return layover in Doha for up to 2 nights with the Discover Qatar program. 4-5 star hotels are available for only $14-$24 per night per person. Must be requested by November 30, 2026. Email booking@africaricom.com to request the Discover Qatar hotel in Doha. A separate airfare deposit is required to hold your seat at that group fare. Contact booking@africaricom.com to confirm the airfare booking requirement. This base fare includes taxes. Taxes are subject to change.

Installments are 50%, 25%, 15%, and 10% of the package total. Amounts are rounded to whole dollars, with any rounding absorbed in the final payment. Airfare is included in the All Inclusive packages only. Delegates in all other packages arrange their own flights.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Delegate Packages
All payments toward Freedom to Fortune: The Jubilee Edition delegate packages are non-refundable. Payments made under the four-part schedule commit funds to accommodation, ground logistics, venue reservations, and programming that AfriCaricom Alliance secures in advance on behalf of the delegation. These commitments cannot be recovered once made.
A delegate who is unable to travel may transfer their place to another person. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to booking@africaricom.com no later than January 20, 2027, and are subject to a $200 administrative transfer fee. The incoming delegate assumes the balance of the payment schedule and must complete all outstanding payments before the transfer is confirmed. AfriCaricom Alliance reserves the right to review the incoming delegate against the standards applied to the original delegation.
One transfer per booking. Transfers cannot be split across multiple people or resold above the original package price. Double occupancy transfers require the written agreement of the remaining delegate in the room.
A-La-Carte Experience Bookings
Individual experience bookings — including single event tickets, excursions, hotel nights, transport, performing arts tickets and personal add-ons — are non-refundable from the moment of booking. No refunds will be issued for any reason after payment is received.
Transfers to another named person are permitted up to 72 hours (3 days) before the date of the specific event or experience booked, subject to a $50 administrative fee per booking. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to booking@africaricom.com with the replacement person's full name and contact details. Requests received less than 72 hours before the event date will not be accepted, and the booking will be forfeited.
Capacity-limited events, including The Fortune Ball and performing arts ticketed performances, are subject to seat availability at the time of transfer. A-la-carte bookings cannot be transferred to a delegate package or applied as a credit toward a package purchase.
Programme Changes
AfriCaricom Alliance reserves the right to modify, reschedule or substitute any event, excursion or experience in the programme due to circumstances beyond its control, including supplier cancellations, access restrictions, security guidance, weather and force majeure events. In such cases, a comparable alternative will be offered where possible. No refunds will be issued for programme modifications of this kind.
