What We Collect

When you register for an event or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, and payment transaction references. We do not store full card numbers. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe, which operates under its own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used to confirm bookings, send event communications, coordinate delegate logistics, and fulfil our contractual obligations to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to maintain session state and analyse traffic via anonymised analytics. Declining cookies will not affect your ability to browse the site or make a booking.

Data Retention

Delegate records are retained for up to three years following an event for accounting and correspondence purposes, then securely deleted.
